Interview Process
Interview Process
1. Show us who you are
To start the process, please send us your application documents directly through the job posting on our careers page.
Once we have received your application, we will review your suitability for the position based on your qualifications and the job requirements. A photo and motivation letter are not required, as we base our decision entirely on your professional expertise.
2. Video interview with your recruiter
Together, we will dive deeper into your professional background and your motivation for joining Certivity in a remote interview. Expect questions about your expertise and preferred areas of focus.
3. Skill assessment
We would like to gain insight into your technical skills. This may include a case study, role-playing exercise, or technical test. The assessment can be conducted either in person or via video conference.
4. Meet our CEO
If you have not yet had contact with our CEO, Nico Wägerle, we will schedule a 30-minute remote interview with him—unless you are applying as a student.
This is an opportunity to gain a new perspective on Certivity, introduce yourself, and ask final questions.
5. Feedback
This is where we decide on each other. A final call and a brief feedback conversation will conclude the process.
Then, it's time to sign the contract and any other necessary documents.
